Executive Search Consultant

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Full life cycle recruiting in permanent placement. Cultivating and growing new business with creative marketing, networking, and cold calling into target accounts within specific industry arenas. Developing relationships with key clients and hiring authorities - we are not just recruiters, we are trusted advisors to our clients. Proactive sourcing and identifying passive candidates by using company leads, referrals, industry knowledge, networking, the Internet and calling into competitive companies. Profile, interview and match candidate skills to current client needs. Prepare candidates and clients for interviews, close candidates and hiring authorities, present job offers, and identify start dates. Learn and successfully use the proven MRI Network Accelerated Recruitment approach and methodology of recruitment.

Requirements: Previous successful sales experience as a full life cycle recruiter in permanent placement. Entrepreneurial focus, but flexible enough to shift gears and work in a team environment. Strong at direct sourcing and networking. Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships. Self motivated, strong work ethic, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure. Energy, drive and focus along with empathy. Passion for customer satisfaction and commitment to professionalism. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Cold calling and outbound phone calling a MUST. Bachelor's degree. 

Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for: managing the candidate side of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Identify and source target companies to build a high quality candidate database. Proactive sourcing and identifying passive candidates by using company leads, networking, industry knowledge, the Internet and calling into competitive companies within specific industry arenas. Create direct and indirect high impact recruiting presentations. Conduct well structured and professionally delivered interviews. Profile, interview and match candidate skills to current client needs. Prepare candidates and clients for interviews, close candidates and hiring authorities, present job offers, and identify start dates. Manage high impact players to ensure an efficient recruiting process. Build financially rewarding long term relationships with key candidates. Learn and successfully use the proven MRI Network Accelerated Recruitment approach and methodology of recruitment.

Requirements: Ability to focus on sourcing passive candidates through cold calling, networking, research, and Internet searches. Entrepreneurial focus but flexible enough to shift gears and work in a team environment. Strong at direct sourcing and networking. Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships. Self motivated, strong work ethic, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure. Energy, drive and focus while showing empathy. Passion for customer satisfaction and commitment to professionalism. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Cold calling and outbound phone calling preferred. Inside sales, phone sales experience a plus. Bachelor's degree.  

Administrative Assistant

This person is an integral part of the MR Chicago NW team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide assistance to all MR Chicago Worldwide associates. You will be responsible for various tasks including greeting clients and candidates, answering incoming calls, supporting office technology (computers/server/digital copiers/fax/printers), Internet research, database management, and resume entry.

Requirements: Potential candidates must posses an outgoing and vibrant personality. A qualified individual will need excellent keyboarding skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet applications. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), and possess strong organizational ability. A college degree is preferred, but is not required.

Research Consultant

The Internet Project Manager is responsible for client and candidate research which involves locating candidates to fill positions for the entire MR Chicago NW sales team. Duties include, but are not limited to, creating, posting, updating and deleting positions on various Internet job boards, locating candidates, and general maintenance and updating of the MR Chicago NW Homepage. The Research Consultant is an integral part of the search team and reports to the Executive Director.

Requirements: The effective Internet Project Manager must have strong personal computer and Internet surfing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks are essential. Project management skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to source and match candidates is required.

Business Unit Director

As a Business Unit Director, you will team with Project Managers in your specialized vertical.
