		After your consultant gathers the necessary information from you, we will review it with our research team to see if an exciting career opportunity matches your skill set.
		We don't want to waste your time. If you are not interested in the opportunity, we would ask that you are honest and share the reasons as to why you feel it's not a good fit. This will help your consultant bring future opportunities that best match your career aspirations.
		If you agree to pursue the opportunity, we will then present you to our client. We do not reveal your identity until the employer has expressed a sincere desire to meet with you.
		If our client is interested, your search consultant will work with you through the entire process. scheduling interview times, preparation, debrief, feedback, offer from our client, as well as periodic follow-up discussions.

We will be with you every step of the way and make sure you have all your questions answered before you make a final decision. We will even assist you with your resignation letter and on-boarding process with your new firm.
