President

Gary Bozza is the founder and President of MR Chicago NW. He leads the Retained Executive Search Practice and has achieved Pacesetter Club 10 out of 11 years. MR Chicago NW achieved the "President Club" status with MRI Network Corporation in 2000, 2001, 2006, & 2007 !

Gary has over 20 years of executive management experience as a Vice President of National Accounts and a Director of Sales, primarily at Moore Wallace-RR Donnelly, a leader in the printing, direct mail and document management industry. Gary is noted for hiring high-performance sales teams, as exemplified by earning the prestigious Moore Achievement Life Member Award and for exceeding team quota 13 out of his first 14 years. He is a graduate of Miami University ( Ohio ) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

These experiences allowed Gary to bring his strong sales management and client relationship skills to MRI Network. He is committed to do business one way, the right way. Gary prides himself in developing and delivering impact players - the 20% of employees that are the heart of business.

He is also the Founder and Chairperson for the Ireland Cancer Center/Gilmour Scholarship Foundation in Cleveland , which was created in memory of Guy Bozza, Gary 's brother who suddenly passed away while battling Hodgkin's Disease. Gary is also involved or an active member of CADM, iBio, Notre Dame Alumni Association, Cancer Treatment Research Foundation, and has been a Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce member for nine years.

Gary enjoys exotic vacations and spending quality time with his family. He has been married for 28 years and has three daughters who range in age from 17-22 . Gary enjoyed coaching basketball and also is an avid golfer.




Vice President Operations 

Janet Angela joined MR Chicago NW in 1997 and has worn many hats with the firm. Her expertise has been the candidate side of the business and she takes great pride in being an integral part of an individual attaining his or her professional and personal goals through career advancement. Building long-term relationships as a career consultant is paramount to her.

Janet has an extensive background in business and education and is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio . Prior to joining MR Chicago, she taught High School Special Education, was a work-study coordinator, and managed a corporate tutoring center . She co-wrote and was a recipient of the first occupational classroom government grant. Janet was also named "Teacher of the year" in Columbus , Ohio . She currently is responsible for training , operations, financials and works closely with the search consultant to streamline our "Accelerated Recruitment" approach within the MR Chicago NW organization. She has 3 daughters and has been married for 28 wonderful years.

Whatever her role, Janet has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to meeting the human capital needs of our office, candidates, and clients with confidentiality, honesty and integrity.




Search Consultant 

Sandy Augoustatos' experience includes 7 years working for an Information Technology company where 6 out of the 7 years she held a senior management position. The experience at her previous employment helped her learn how to hire and recruit talented individuals. Sandy was consistently recognized as having high performing departments, which she believes was due to her ability to find top quality employees.

Sandy started at MR Chicago NW in January of 2004 and really enjoys working for a team and a firm that knows how to find the best talent in the industry. In addition to her recruiting responsibilities, she has been active in her firm's search for new hires by retaining talented employees that shares MR Chicago NW's values and visions of: Integrity, Teamwork, Dedication, Sense of Urgency and Ownership.

Sandy has a BS degree from Northern Illinois University , been married since 1997 and is a mother of 3 small girls. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.




Search Consultant 

Brian Schultz joined the MR Chicago NW team as a Project Manager in early 2006, filling open positions with top talent in a professional and timely matter. He was promoted to Account Executive in early 2008 where he specializes in finding the top sales individuals in the market.

He came into his position with a very thorough and precise approach; resulting in Brian becoming #4 Midwest rookie Project Manager in 2007. Prior to joining the MRC group, he worked for an up and coming Telecom Company as a sales associate, where he was consistently ranked in the top 10% in sales. This challenging role helped his ability to become consultative in his approach to finding out where a company has its greatest talent needs…

Brian graduated from Illinois State in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. This helps him understand the components of the corporate world while successfully working in an agency role.

Outside of work Brian is an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He enjoys sports such as snowboarding, football, and softball. He also loves fishing, camping, or simply being outside. No children yet, however two dogs take up most of Brian's time…




Search Consultant 

Bryan R. Palluck has recently joined the MR Chicago NW team and has taken on the role of a Search Consultant.

Prior to obtaining his position with MR Chicago he spent roughly three years in the Financial Services industry selling financial products to high net worth individuals.  Bryan has also spent roughly three years in Project Management and outside sales for a mid-sized residential construction company, as well as approximately three years in sales and distribution for a the nation's largest privately held medical supply manufacturer.

Bryan graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art in May of 1998 with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. In 2008 Bryan finished his Bachelor's of Science in Business, which has helped him to thoroughly understand each component of the corporate world and using this knowledge in his role at MR Chicago NW.

Outside of work Bryan enjoys participating in sports such as baseball, football and volleyball. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and uses the time spent riding to escape everyday life and relax.

Search Consultant 

 

Shajuana Finnie has recently joined MR Chicago. She is an executive search consultant specializing the Healthcare / ALLIED Heath industry for the past 5 years. With a combination of formal education, previous medical / healthcare training and significant hospital volunteer work in the world's third largest Trauma Center, it's no wonder Shajuana consistently asks AND answers the “The Tough Questions” in her industry.

Shajuana has been married to a Professional Screenwriter since 2000 and is the proud mother of 2 boys and another on the way.

Internet Researcher/ Administrative Assistant

Kristen Fanning joined MR Chicago NW as an Internet Researcher and Administrative Assistant in 2007. As an Internet Researcher Kristen works as a PC on key accounts that result in placements throughout the company. She's thrilled with the company and the role she plays here.

Kristen received her bachelor degree from Purdue University where she was also a member of the Purdue cheerleading team for a total of 4 years. When she isn't working she enjoys playing with her adorable Maltese, Tigerlily, and spending time with her loving family, friends, and supportive boyfriend Brian Hare.
